Through a total of three diagnostic papers, professors can diagnose the mindset (Hanyang WAY), teaching competency, and teaching style that our university professors should have, and through the diagnostic results, they can examine their teaching competency score, teaching type, and areas to improve. Hanyang WAY We support Hanyang University professors to self-examine their internalization level of "Konhak Ideology (Practice of Love)" and "Key Values (Firmness, Honesty, Humility, Gratitude)" that they should have.Through self-diagnosis, instructors can reflect on their lives as practical intellectuals who aim for well-being in the development of individuals and society. Assessment of Teaching Competency Instructors can review how much competence is being exercised in the areas of class design, operation, and evaluation, which are the three major roles of professors for effective lectures. Self-diagnosis allows instructors to look at areas that need to be developed and areas that need to be improved to make a good class. Teaching Style Assessment By self-checking the preference trend of preferred teaching methods through the diagnosis of teaching styles of Hanyang University professors, it provides a basis for securing flexibility in teaching activities and developing the trend.Instructors can receive advice on teaching style through self-diagnosis results the professor's preferred teaching style. top
