This project involves growing bacterial cultures of GST-Protein and His-Protein, lysing the bacterial cell cultures, purifying the GST-or-His tagged protein through protein purification instrumentation, analyzing purified protein via SDS-PAGE and finally analyzing protein functional activity. IC-PBL 수업 문제 How proteins which are in inclusion bodies inside the bacterial cells can be purified efficiently. How a membrane proteins are purified successfully - From this class, students can understand the information of bacterial expression system and bacterial expression vectors used to purify proteins. In this class, students can learn how to standardize the protocol for protein purification by adjusting temperature, induction concentration and culture media. Usually, proteins which are in inclusion bodies or membrane proteins are very difficult to purify, here students will learn to purify these proteins efficiently. 리스트수정삭제 top
