Mammalian cell culturing and transfecting expression vectors carrying genes, gene expression was validated through Western blot analysis and immunoprecipitation. We are particularly concentrating on ubiquitination, deubiquitination and protein half-life biochemical experiments. Certain gene expressing vectors are transfected and cells were subjected for immunoprecipitation assay for analysing ubiquitination status of protein through 26S proteasomal pathway. IC-PBL 수업 문제 Which cellular system regulates protein synthesis and degradation. How a particular protein half-life is analyzed and what is the role of ubiquitination and deubiquitination in regulating particular protein half-life - From this class, students can understand the cellular system regulating the protein synthesis and protein degradation. Students get the knowledge to find out how a particular protein is degraded or escape from degradation by the balance between the action of ubiquitination and deubiquitination. Finally, students will learn to estimate the half-life of the protein by several methods and how ubiquitination and deubiquitination can affect the half-life of a particular protein. 리스트수정삭제 top
